What does “Request access” mean?
MAX is invite-only while we onboard teams carefully. You tell us what you do; a person reviews it and replies by email within 2 business days. If there is a fit, your invitation sets your plan, role and tools.
How does billing work?
No card is needed to request access. The price for your plan is shared during onboarding, in writing, before anything is billed.
Can I cancel?
There is no commitment when you request access. The terms for your plan, including how to stop, are shared before anything is billed, and the work MAX made for you stays downloadable.
What runs on the cloud computer?
Every MAX agent works on a private, isolated cloud computer with 8 CPU cores and 16 GB of memory: code, documents, data analysis, browsing and video renders. Nothing runs on your laptop or phone, and heavy jobs keep going in the background.
How much storage do I get?
100 GB for your files, videos and everything MAX makes, and it can grow up to 1 TB. On Team the storage is shared, with a usage panel for your admin, and each file can be up to 2 GB.
What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
Your usage shows in the top bar. MAX tells you before anything stops, and your admin can raise your limit at any time.
What happens to my data?
Your private workspace is yours, team surfaces follow the roles your admin sets, and every sensitive action is written to an audit log. Messages to customers, payments and commands on your PC wait for your approval.
Which languages does MAX work in?
MAX replies in the language you write in, renders right-to-left scripts properly, and answers each customer in the language they used.
How long does onboarding take?
Setup on your first sign-in takes about two minutes. Most people send their first real request the same day.
